All products sold by Goldgopher, unipessoal Lda, with the comercial name Perolamar, in precious metals, namely Gold, Silver, Platinum or Palladium, are in compliance with Law 98/2015 of August 18, which establishes the legal regime for jewelers and contrast (RJOC).

Goldgopher, unipessoal Lda is duly licensed by the Lisbon Contrastaria da Imprensa Nacional – Casa da Moeda, SA (INCM) to exercise the activity of “Retailer of Jewelery Without Establishment”, Activity Title n° T1869, under the terms of the provisions 41 and 42 of the Legal Regime for jewelers and contrast (RJOC).

The contrast mark guarantees the kind and touch of articles with precious metals - gold, silver, palladium and platinum. These can be consulted in point 3 of this document. In Portugal, the contractor is the entity that guarantees the certification of parts, ensuring consumer protection by preventing counterfeiting and promoting fair competition between economic operators. In this sense, products containing precious metals are duly marked, when applicable.
